​Once you've decided you would like to get a memorial made. Give us your contact information, such as Email and address, and we will send you an ash retrieval letter. Which will include a return envelope and a small container you'll need to mail the ashes back in. There will be a small sheet with a few questions and payment information. We accept checks and PayPal. Payment will be expected as the ashes are sent to us for memorializing. If no payment is received all materials will be returned. Singular pendant memorials cost $100, and $400 for five memorial pendants. We also can create pet memorials and more simple designs at a cheaper price on request.
